About Matterdyne's founder:

Dr Anthony Preston

Originally from a theoretical physics background, Anthony holds a 1st class Master of Physics degree from the University of Oxford and a PhD from the University of Southampton. Previous roles include developing unsupervised machine learning algorithms as a mathematician at Darktrace, a postdoctoral fellowship at the Johns Hopkins University's Robot and Protein Kinematics lab, and software engineering at Five AI (before, during and after its takeover by Bosch).

Anthony is passionate about the interplay of physics and mathematics, and is on a mission to use AI and machine learning to accelerate science and technology in the physical world.
